Are you:
Worried about falls or fractures as you age?
Living with joint or back pain that holds you back?
Concerned about the side effects of bone medications?
Unsure which exercise really works safely for bones?
You deserve to feel strong, steady, and confident as you age. But with so much conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel lost. Bone health is complex — and each year you wait, your bones can become weaker and more fragile.
The good news: there are safe, proven ways to fight back. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Bone health isn’t about doing just one thing — it requires getting a few things right, like diet, nutrition, and lifestyle. But for many people, the missing link is the right kind of exercise.
Most people are told to do weight-bearing exercise for bone health. But research shows bones need forces several times your body weight to trigger growth. For example, a 60kg person would need to push about 240kg on a leg press to strengthen the hip and femur. That’s neither safe nor realistic for most people.
At OsteoStrong, our specialised system lets you safely create those forces — guided 1-on-1, in just 10 minutes a week.
What You Can Expect:
🦴 Stronger Bones – Support bone health and build resilience as you age.
💪 More Strength – Stay active and keep your strength as you age.
⚖️ Better Balance – Move with confidence and fewer falls.
🧘 Less Pain & Stiffness – Move with greater ease and comfort.
⏱️ All in 10 Minutes a Week – No sweat, no gym clothes, just results.

All forms of exercise carry some level of risk, especially if bones are fragile. The difference with OsteoStrong is that every session is guided 1-on-1, and our equipment holds you in an optimised position. That means you can safely create the forces your bones need, with risks significantly lower than trying lifting weights on your own.
Those activities are great for overall health, but they typically don’t consistently create sufficient forces bones need. OsteoStrong does this safely in just one session a week.
OsteoStrong’s system is based on Wolff’s Law, which demonstrates that bone adapts to the level of force placed upon it — becoming stronger when safely loaded beyond daily levels.
This concept underpins the field of osteogenic loading, validated by multiple peer-reviewed studies.
A recent clinical trial conducted in Greece* reported statistically significant increases in bone mineral density and musculoskeletal strength following structured osteogenic loading sessions.

OsteoStrong is suitable for adults of all ages, including those with osteopenia, osteoporosis, or general age-related strength loss. Because sessions are completely impact-free and guided one-on-one, it’s also appropriate for individuals with joint concerns, previous fractures, or limited mobility.
No referral is required to get started.
OsteoStrong sessions are safe for most people and conducted under close supervision.
The main contraindications are active hernia and unmedicated hypertension — in these cases, we recommend obtaining medical clearance before beginning the program.
OsteoStrong is drug-agnostic — it’s not a medical treatment and doesn’t replace prescribed medication.
Our program complements standard therapies by stimulating osteoblast activity, the cells responsible for building bone, while most osteoporosis medications such as bisphosphonates or denosumab (Prolia®) work by inhibiting osteoclasts, the cells that break down bone. When used together, these approaches can act synergistically.
A recent clinical trial in Greece reported greater improvements in bone mineral density among participants combining osteogenic loading with medication compared to those on medication alone.
All medication decisions should always be made in consultation with your healthcare provider.
Many members feel stronger and more balanced within weeks. Bone density changes are gradual and usually tracked by your doctor with DEXA scans over time.
You’ll meet our team, try the OsteoStrong system, and we’ll help you decide if it’s the right fit for you.
